Rossi Long Consulting continue to provide engineering design services to the student accommodation sector for both university and college students. We have delivered projects on behalf of private developers, universities and private boarding schools throughout the East of England.

We have experience in a variety of volumetric off site construction techniques that are particularly suitable to student accommodation including modular and light gauge steel frame solutions. We are acutely aware of programme constraints regarding the delivery of student accommodation to meet term dates and we work with our clients to manage design and construction risks to minimise the risk of programme delays.
