Lavender View, an exclusive independent living and extra care housing development in Hunstanton, Norfolk, has been handed over. Our team proudly provided civil and structural engineering expertise throughout the project and is delighted to see it completed.

Delivered through a partnership between Places for People, Norfolk County Council, Lovell Later Living and Radis Community Care, the scheme has 61 affordable rent apartments for people aged 55 and over, including 50 one-bedroom and 11 two-bedroom homes.

Rossi Long Consulting supported the development from planning through to detailed design, helping to secure planning consent before developing coordinated post-planning civil and structural engineering designs.

Our team delivered practical and efficient engineering solutions across the scheme, including the structural design of the building, site infrastructure, drainage and coordination of external works, ensuring all elements were fully integrated and aligned with the project's wider objectives.

We are delighted to see the development now complete, providing much-needed affordable homes and enhanced living opportunities for the local community.
