Rossi Long Consulting was appointed for both pre and post planning services as Civil & Structural Engineers for this much needed Affordable Housing development within Bury St Edmunds. The development comprised 29 affordable flats built on the site of a former Local Authority car park.

The scheme was carefully designed and visualized from the outset using building information modelling.  Careful design consideration was required due to the level changes across the site in order to maintain level thresholds to external elevations and this was achieved by a series of retaining and ramped structures.
