We provided civil and structural engineering consultancy services for this new warehouse, distribution centre, call centre and head office for Tobar Ltd, a wholesale giftware company in Beccles, Norfolk.  The structure consists of a two-span portal frame with over 40 metre clear spans and an eaves height of 13 metres and incorporates a two-storey mezzanine floor with a feature glazed curtain walling frontage.  The roof drains using a specialist syphonic system, accommodating an area equivalent to two football pitches and draining using only seven downpipes.
