We are pleased to announce the completion and handover of a new 56,000 sq. ft warehouse facility at Peachman Way, Broadland Business Park. Delivered for the Bertram family, the high specification building has now reached practical completion and is ready to support future distribution and logistics operations.

Located close to our Norwich office, the new development has been designed to provide a modern, flexible industrial space capable of accommodating demanding operational requirements. The scheme has been configured as a distribution centre and offers a large, clear span internal environment suitable for high bay storage, racking systems, and efficient goods handling, as well as providing flexible open-plan office space to meet evolving business needs.

Our team provided full civil and structural engineering services throughout the project, designing a robust two span steel portal frame with a fibre reinforced concrete ground floor slab incorporating specialist Cosinus slide joints. The result is an expansive internal space with the capability to be fully adaptable for future needs.

The completed facility represents a significant addition to Broadland Business Park, delivering a high-quality asset designed to meet both current and future industrial demands. Its generous height and footprint support a wide range of operational layouts, offering flexibility for tenant requirements and potential expansion.
