Rossi Long Consulting have delivered a number projects on civic buildings throughout the Eastern region that form an important part of the community. This has included libraries, theatres and art galleries, museums, local authority buildings, community centres, village halls and churches.

Rossi Long Consulting have a significant portfolio of conservation projects and developments on historic sites. Through this we have developed an appreciation of engineering practices on historic and listed buildings that are sympathetic to the historic fabric.

Rossi Long Consulting have worked on a number of Defence sites including the regional RAF and USAF bases and garrisons within Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Lincolnshire. Our range of experience includes residential accommodation, regional medical and recovery centres and airport support facilities. We are experienced with design for the Defence Environmental assessment model (DREAM), specific Counter Terrorism Measure design requirements and JSP and DGM Defence design requirements.
Rossi Long Consulting regularly undertake education projects for all age categories from nursery and primary schools through to higher and further education, both in the public and private sectors.
Education sector projects often require detailed consideration of working within the live school environment and working within the confines of the school term dates. We have become adept in managing the risks associated with working within school estates and tailoring appropriate design solutions to meet the requirements of our education sector clients.
Rossi Long Consulting deliver a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects within the health sector including medical centres, community and regional hospitals via a number of different procurement routes.
We understand the complex requirements and specialist needs that healthcare projects often demand. We recognise the evolving nature of medical treatments and that changes to the patient demographic requires future adaptability of the buildings. The projects often require detailed consideration and planning of the works within a live hospital environment and we are familiar with the latest health building notes and health technical memorandums.
Rossi Long Consulting have completed a diverse range and scale of projects within the industrial sector. This has included manufacturing and distribution centres, food production facilities, waste recycling plants, industrial laboratories, innovation centres for start-up engineering companies together with combined office and warehouse facilities.
