A modern, landmark building within Norwich city centre, the Forum building by Michael Hopkins and Partners was completed in 2001 and is home to Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library as well as BBC Look East and BBC Radio Norfolk.

Rossi Long Consulting’s Building Surveying team have been appointed by the Forum Trust to advise them of future capital expenditure associated with maintenance of the Forum.  

This required a comprehensive review of the Operation & Maintenance manuals followed by an inspection of the structure and fabric of this landmark building which included the full height glazed façade overlooking St. Peter Mancroft church, the glazed atrium roof and the mechanical and electrical installations.
